Everything is organized around the central patio, often shaded by trees and featuring a fountain. It is the heart of the house, bringing light and coolness. The windows overlook this central space, never the street (introverted architecture), guaranteeing absolute tranquility even in the heart of the medina's bustle.

Zellige and Tadelakt
Staying in a riad means admiring the craftsmanship: the Zellige (geometric mosaic) on the floor, the Tadelakt (lime plaster polished with pebbles) on the bathroom walls, and the ceilings of carved cedar or thuya wood. Each house is a living museum.
